![]() Legs Electric celebrate the release of their debut EP with a headlining show at the Rosemount Hotel in North Perth on 17th May. Consisting of five original songs composed by the group, the EP marks the official launch of the band in Perth and beyond. Legs Electric recently signed with Wanted Management for exclusive representation, and will travel east to play shows in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide later this year. Legs Electric consists of lead singer Ama Quinsee, guitarist Laura McCormack, bass player Abby Soanes and drummer Kylie Soanes. Since forming in late 2012, Legs Electric has quickly gained a reputation as one of Perth’s must-see bands thanks to their ferocious live shows. The band’s style blends contemporary hard rock with the guitar based heavy blues of 70’s arena rock. Legs Electric have become regulars on the Perth club circuit, including support slots for both national and international bands including the Bell-Rays, King of the North, Tumbleweed, Kadavar and Blues Pills. They have been described in the WA press as “the perfect balance of melody and power” and “breathtaking performers that belt out (a) classic rock ‘n’ roll sound.” |
